Mission Teams

Serve Our Community, Take the Momentum Back Home

“We believe that God uses this missionary opportunity at Urban Impact to show each of us something to take back home and put to use in our own community, church, and family.  The experience may begin at UIM, but it continues in earnest once we return home.”

Much of the impact and influence we have in our community is thanks to our out-of-town mission teams who help our ministry operate year round. The majority of the mission teams that come to New Orleans find their experience continues once they return home. We have a number of different opportunities for out-of-town mission teams.
