After School Academic Program (ASAP) Application

Urban Impact Ministries would like to invite your child to our After School Academic Program (ASAP). 

Our After School Program is focused on assisting your child with their homework as well as helping to push your child in areas that might need improvement as well as a snack and daily Bible story. We meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4pm – 6pm, and we offer free transportation at the end of the program each day.
